Step 1: Fill up the application form
Complete the full birth certificate application form accurately and provide all the required information.

Step 2: Upload all required documents
Upload all the necessary documents listed below. Please make sure to have them ready in digital format (PDF, JPG, GIF, DOC, DOCX, or PNG) before proceeding.

1. Valid consular card
2. Valid Ivorian national identity card or passport
3. British birth certificate of the child
4. Birth certificate of the child transcribed by the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in the United Kingdom
5. Proof of address less than three (3) months old (bill or bank statement)

Step 2: Pay the fee
Pay the fees to the Ivorian treasury by clicking here. You can save your application by clicking on the "Save and resume later" button and follow the instructions to resume your application once the fees have been paid.

Step 3: Submit the application
Once you have completed the form, uploaded all the required documents and paid the fee, submit your application. Review all the information to ensure its accuracy before finalising the submission.

Step 4: Wait for appointment date confirmation
Once we have received your request, we will process it and you will receive an email confirming the collection date of your document. Please monitor your inbox, including the spam folder, for this important communication.

Step 6: Collect your document at the Embassy
Please ensure that on the day of your appointment, you bring original versions of the following documents:

1. Valid consular card
2. Valid Ivorian national identity card or passport
3. British birth certificate of the child
4. Birth certificate of the child transcribed by the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in the United Kingdom
5. Proof of address less than three (3) months old (bill or bank statement)
6. Fee payment receipt of 15.00 Pounds, issued by the Ivorian Treasury
7. A printed copy of your appointment confirmation e-mail
